Super Bowl Rent Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does SBR guarantee rental of a property? No SBR does not guarantee the rental of any home or apartment.
2. Is SBR directly tied to the Super Bowl? No, SBR has NO affiliation with the NFL, Super Bowl, or anyone connected to football operations.
3. Does SBR offer any aftersale support? Yes. SBR will assist in the creation and maintaining all listings through Super Bowl weekend.
4. Does a renter have the same legal rights as apartment renters and such? Maybe. We suggest that instead of a rental agreement, that a Hospitality Agreement be used. To gain a Hospitality agreement please contact a Legal Professional. We may offer one soon, but as of now, we do not.
5. Is SBR a fly by night site? No. SBR is owned and operated locally by Indy residents.
6. I have a business and would like to advertise. Can I? Yes. For the same price as a residential listing, a business listing can be added.
